Getting started with your retail purchase

Welcome to Jabra Enhance! If you purchased your hearing aids from Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, or another retail partner, follow these simple steps to get set up.

Step 1: It's all about activating!

To start using your hearing aids as well as get access to your warranty, the Jabra Enhance Select app, and personalized programming, you'll need to activate your hearing aids. Inside your hearing aid box, you’ll find a yellow activation card with a QR code and activation code.

To activate:

During activation, you’ll create your Jabra Enhance account using the information of the person who will be wearing the hearing aids. Purchased these as a gift for someone else? Amazing! Follow this guide to make sure they get set up correctly

Step 2: Download and connect to the Jabra Enhance Select app

Download the Jabra Enhance Select app on your compatible smartphone or mobile device to start controlling and adjusting your hearing aids for your needs.

  • Download the app
  • Log in using the same email address and password you used during activation

Step 3: Personalize your hearing aids

Jabra Enhance Select hearing aids that are purchased through one of our retail partners come with standard programming out of the box. What does this mean? They come set to provide amplification that's suitable for an average mild to moderate hearing loss, but no two ears are the same! We recommend that you customize your programming for your specific needs by:

Our Audiology Team will review your results and can use this information to program your hearing aids optimally for your needs.

Step 4: Schedule your video Orientation

Start wearing and getting used to your hearing aids and book a 30-minute video appointment with our Audiology Team. You can book on our website or through the app by going to your Care tab, then Book video appointment.

During your appointment, we’ll:

  • Fine-tune your hearing aid settings and discuss your experience using your hearing aids so far
  • Ensure your hearing aids are fitting well physically and make changes, if needed
  • Answer questions about your hearing, hearing aids, app, and sound quality

And that's it! We can't wait for you to start hearing better, and we're here if you need any assistance getting up and running.
