What is an audiogram?

An audiogram is a chart that shows the results of an in-person hearing test performed by a licensed professional in their office. It measures how well you hear different pitches, identifying the specifics of your hearing loss and helps to guide treatment options.
If you're an existing customer with access to audiology services:
Your hearing aids can be customized to suit your specific needs using an audiogram, provided the audiogram is less than a year old. To submit your audiogram, head to My Account, go to My Hearing Tests, and choose upload an audiogram. Once submitted, our Audiology Team will review your audiogram and be in touch either through email or the Jabra Enhance Select app.
Not sure if your purchase includes audiology services? Refer to the Devices & Services section of your My Account page.
Haven’t purchased a device yet?
No problem! You can still upload your audiogram to check if your hearing loss falls within the fitting range for one of our Enhance Select models.
Don’t have an audiogram?
You can still see if you’re a candidate for our Enhance Select 100-day risk-free trial by answering a few quick questions and taking our recommended online hearing test.
