How do I get started if I purchased from a retail partner?
Congrats on your purchase! To unlock your new benefits, please follow these steps:
- Activate your hearing aids: Locate the yellow card in your box containing your activation code. Follow the instructions to activate your device and create an account with Jabra Enhance.
- Download the Jabra Enhance Select app: Adjust your hearing aids on the go with our Jabra Enhance Select app, available for iOS and Android. Log in using the email address and password you used for activation.
- Schedule your orientation: Book a 30 minute video chat with our Audiology Team. They'll adjust your programming, ensure the right fit, and answer any questions.
- Personalize your hearing aids: Take our online hearing test, or upload an audiogram from a recent in-person hearing test. This helps our team custom-program your device and fine-tune your settings during your orientation appointment.
- Learn more about your hearing aids: Explore the Get Started guide or visit our YouTube channel to prepare for your orientation and get the most out of your hearing aids.

How to activate if I purchased from a retail partner?
To unlock your warranty coverage as well as access to the Jabra Enhance Select app, you’ll need to activate your hearing aids using your activation code. This 32-digit code is located on the yellow card inside your hearing aid box.
You can activate your device in one of two ways:
- Scan the QR code on the yellow card using your smartphone camera. This will automatically open the activation page and insert the code for you.
- Visit JabraEnhance.com/activate on your browser and manually enter the code.
Where do I find my activation code?
Your activation code is a 32-digit code located on a yellow card inside the hearing aid box.
If you can’t locate the yellow activation card or have lost it, don't worry! Just contact our Customer Support Team via the Contact Us page with the following details:
- The email address you want to associate with your account
- The serial number located on the hearing aid box (printed on the original packaging). If you don't have the hearing aid box, you can provide the serial number on your charging case.
Once we receive this information, we’ll send you an email with a new activation code.
How do I scan the QR code on the activation card?
Most modern smartphones can scan QR codes directly using the camera app. To scan your activation code:
- Open your camera app.
2. Point the camera at the QR code and hold the camera steady for a few seconds. The QR code should fit inside of your screen.
3. A link or notification should appear on your screen. Tap it to open the associated website.
If you are having trouble scanning the QR code, you can open JabraEnhance.com/activate on your browser and manually enter the 32-digit activation code.
How do I get access to the Jabra Enhance Select app?
If you purchased your hearing aids via a retail partner, you need to to create your Jabra Enhance account. Then, using the email address you associate with your account and the password you created, you can access the Jabra Enhance Select app.
Activate your hearing aids and then download the app from the App Store if you have an iPhone/iPad or from the Google Play store, if you have an Android smartphone.

How do I return my hearing aids purchased from a retail partner?
We wish we could help here, but these returns must be processed directly through the retailer and are subject to the retailer's return policy. Their return window may differ from our 100-day trial. Unfortunately, Jabra Enhance™ cannot process returns for retail partner purchases.
What if I bought the hearing aids as a gift for someone else?
Purchasing hearing aids as a gift is a thoughtful way to support someone's well-being - thank you!
First, please know the hearing aids should be activated using the wearer's information. Since hearing aids are medical devices, the account and device should reflect the name and details of the person using them. To activate the hearing aids:
- Scan the QR code: Use your smartphone camera to scan the yellow activation card inside the hearing aid box. This will open the activation page and prefill the code. Alternatively, go to JabraEnhance.com/activate and manually enter the code.
- Create an Account: Enter the wearer's first and last name, email address, and set a password.
- Add Their Address: Complete the activation by providing the wearer's address.
