Hi, how can we help?

Jabra Enhance Select App

Many common challenges with the Jabra Enhance Select app can be resolved with simple troubleshooting steps, which we outline below or link to other articles to help you get the best experience with your hearing aids and the Jabra Enhance select app.

To set you up for success, we recommend before you start to check if:

  • Your hearing aids are charged or have fresh batteries.
  • Your hearing aids are close to your smart device.
  • You are using a compatible smartphone.
  • Bluetooth is turned on.

Nice to have:

When experiencing difficulty with the Jabra Enhance Select app, a simple reset of both your phone and hearing aids may help clear Bluetooth cache and reset connections, ensuring a smooth connection. Let's start with that:

Step 1: Restart your phone ( turning it off completely and then turning it back)

For iOS devices:

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off.Tap Restart (or "Reboot" on some Android devices).
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

For Android devices:

1. Press and hold the power button on the side of your phone. Wait for the power menu to appear.
2. Tap Restart (or "Reboot" on some Android devices).
3. Wait for the phone to turn off and back on.

Instructions to restart your phone may differ from model to model. If you are unsure how to restart your phone, please google “how to restart” and insert your phone model at the end. Example: ‘How to restart Samsung S22' or 'How to restart iPhone 11’.

Step 2: Restart your hearing aids

  1. Remove the hearing aids from the charging case and wait until the green light stops blinking.
  2. For each hearing aid, press and hold the button for 25 seconds. Keep holding, even if the green light blinks after 5 seconds.
  3. Around the 25-second mark, the green light will stay on for a second. Release the button at this point.
  4. Put the hearing aid up to your ear to listen for the start-up beeps, confirming the reset is complete.

Step 3: Open the Jabra Enhance Select app

Now open the Jabra Enhance Select app and check if you have been successful in reconnecting your hearing aids or restarting the pairing process

Still having issues?

If following these steps didn’t solve your issue we recommend you to unpair your hearing aids from your phone and re-pair them.  You can find instructions here: https://jabraenhance.helpjuice.com/troubleshooting-our-products/how-to-unpair-and-re-pair-your-hearing-aids
