How to charge your hearing aids and charging case

The good news is that charging your hearing aids and case is simple and intuitive, but let's break it down step by step. We'll begin with charging the case itself and then move on to charging your hearing aids. Read on for all the details.

How to charge your charging case

  • Plug the power adaptor into a wall outlet, then connect the cable to the charging case. Keep in mind, you can charge your case and hearing aids at the same time.
  • Your case can hold 3 full charges, and the 3 LEDs on the back show how many charges your case currently has. A full 3-hour charge = 24 hours of sound.

How to charge your hearing aids

  • Make sure your charging case is plugged into a wall outlet or is already charged, then place your hearing aids in their corresponding charging slots. Red = right hearing aid. Blue = left hearing aid.
  • Your hearing aids will start to charge once they're fully inserted. The hearing aid lights will blink while charging and will be solid when fully charged.
  • It takes about 3 hours to charge your hearing aids completely, and a full charge gives you about 24 hours of sound.
  • When you put the hearing aids into their charging slots, the five LEDs on the front of your case show the battery level of the hearing aid with the lowest charge. After 10 seconds, these lights will turn off as your hearing aids continue to charge.

Pro tip: You can still wear your hearing aids even if they aren't fully charged. Most folks charge their hearing aids at night while they sleep - just like your phone.

Ready to start wearing your hearing aids? Simply remove them from the case. They will turn on automatically once removed. Keep this in mind whenever you're asked to “Restart” your hearing aids. You can restart them with the charging case simply by putting them in the case, checking that both hearing aid lights are on, then removing them. Or, you can restart your hearing aids manually by holding down the hearing aid push buttons for 5 seconds, releasing, and then holding down for 5 seconds again.
