Your activation code is a 32-digit code located on a yellow card inside the hearing aid box. To activate your hearing aids, you can: 

• Scan the QR code on the yellow card using your smartphone camera. This will automatically open the activation page and insert the code for you 
• Or visit JabraEnhance.com/activate on your browser and manually enter the code.

If you can’t locate the yellow activation card or have lost it, please contact our support team via chat or email with the following details: 

• The email address you want to associate with your account 
• The box serial number (printed on the original packaging) or the charging case serial number in case you don’t have the original box. 

Once we receive this information, we’ll send you an email with the activation code and further instructions.
