You cannot make changes or exchanges to your order. What you can do is simply cancel your order if placed within the 2-hour window from when it was originally placed at JabraEnhance.com.  

If you are outside of the cancellation window you can contact our team to return and repurchase your devices as long as you are within your 100-day trial period. Send us an email (support@jabraenhance.com) or call us: (800) 854 2772.   

Reasons to return and repurchase: 

•  You want a different color.   
• You want to use a different payment method. (You paid with one credit card and decided to use another.)  
• You would like a different product.   

Pro tip: You don’t need to wait for your refund before ordering the desired device. However, keep in mind that it could take some time before the refund is processed and funds are credited back to you.
