Once your returned device(s) is received at our fulfillment center in acceptable condition and includes all other provided items, our team will initiate the refund. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment:

• The amount of time for the credit to appear on your statement can take 3-5 business days, although it is often sooner. It depends on your bank’s processing times.
• If you purchased using Bread, a third-party financing company, you will be credited from Bread in accordance with your specific loan terms.   
• If the purchase was made on an FSA card, the funds will be refunded to the card.   

When we have credited the refund to the original payment method, the account holder will receive an email from our team stating that the process has been completed.
