Our system has a two-hour window for cancellation, so we recommend calling directly—(800) 854-2772—during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST; Sat-Sun 10am-6pm EST) or chatting with us on our site instead of emailing, as we cannot guarantee emails will be acted on immediately.     

For instance, if you want to change the color of your hearing aids, simply cancel your current order within the 2-hour window and place a new one with your desired color.     

Reasons to cancel:  

• You want a different color.   
• You don’t want the product anymore. 
• You want to use a different payment method. (You paid with one credit card and decided to use another.)     

Pro tip: You don’t need to wait for your refund before ordering the desired device. However, keep in mind that it could take some time before the refund is processed and funds are credited back to you.
