Personalizing Enhance Select M Series hearing aids
Our Enhance Select M Series are the first of our models to be self-fitting! That means you can take an easy and effective hearing test through your hearing aids using our Jabra Enhance Select app. Just download and connect to the app, then follow the guided steps to take our self-tuning test and apply your unique tuning. You can also find our self-tuning test in the app by tapping on Settings, then Self-tune.
Or, if you have a recent in person audiogram from a local provider, you can submit a copy of that audiogram for our Audiology Team to review. After review, our Audiology Team can send you professional programming for you to install. Note: in some instances, our Audiology Team may reach out for clarification and more detail rather than sending programming immediately.
Personalizing any other model of Enhance Select hearing aid
If you're using Jabra Enhance hearing aids prior to our M Series hearing aids, you have two ways to receive personalized programming.
Once your results are submitted, our Audiology Team will review them and reach out to you either through the Enhance Select app or through email. Typically, they will send professional programming for you to install, but they may reach out with some clarifying questions in some cases.
Lastly, no matter what hearing aid model you have, we always recommend a video Orientation!
During your video Orientation, your provider will partner with you to understand your unique hearing needs and discuss your experience using the hearing aids so far. They can further fine-tune your programming using advanced clinical software beyond what is available in the app. They'll also make any needed adjustments to the physical fit of your hearing aids and answer any of your questions.
