What is an Audiogram?

An audiogram is a chart that shows the results of an in-clinic hearing test performed by a professional. It measures how well you hear different pitches and volumes, helping identify hearing loss and guide treatment options.

If your purchase includes audiology services, your hearing aids can be customized to suit your specific needs using an in-clinic hearing test, provided the audiogram is less than a year old. To submit your audiogram, log into your account and follow the instructions to upload your audiogram.
