Noticing issues with the physical fit of your hearing aids? It's possible that you may need a different receiver size. All of our hearing aids ship out with size 2 receiver wires as that's the most common, but we're able to provide alternate sizes upon request.
You may need a different receiver size if:
- The hearing aid works its way out of your ear or doesn’t sit comfortably over the top of your ear.
- There's too much wire for it to lay flat against your head or the hearing aid sticks out from your ear canal.
If you're noticing any of these issues, follow the steps below to measure your ears.
How to measure your ears
Step 1: Start by getting your receiver measurement tool from your Jabra Enhance kit. If you can't find your measuring tool, you can print one to use or contact our Customer Support Team to request a new one. Both sides of the tool are shown below:

Step 2: Take off your hearing aids and glasses if you wear them.
Step 3: Ask someone else to take a picture of each ear with the tool placed on your ear as shown below. We recommend asking someone else to take the photo because it's difficult to get the correct angle on your own. If that option isn't available to you, then taking it on your own is ok too! Pro tip: make sure the tool isn't covering your ear.

Step 4: email your pictures to us at support@jabraenhance.com. Please include your current shipping address in this email so that we know where to send the new wires, if needed.
What happens next?
Our team will review the images to determine if a different size is needed. If a different size is needed, our team will send you a new size and you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation. This process may take 3 to 7 business days.
