Jabra Enhance Select App

This Article will help you troubleshoot your Jabra Enhance Select App.

Many times, when experiencing difficulty with your app, a simple reset of both your hearing aids and phone may help to naturally correct the issues.  Please follow the steps below to complete a reset: 

Before we begin

Is this your first time connecting to our app?

If this is your first time pairing to our app, it will be more beneficial to use our get started guide. This guide will provide step-by-step instructions to help you set up your hearing aids and get connected to the Jabra Enhance Select App. 

 
 

Is your device compatible?

It is important to ensure you are using a device compatible with your app. Use this link to check that your device is on our compatibility page. If it is not on our compatibility page, we will not be able to guarantee a connection. 

Additionally, if your device is running Andriod 12, please see this article with more information on this known issue and work around steps.

 
 
 

 

Hearing Aid Restart

1. Remove the hearing aids from your charger and wait until the green light stops blinking on the hearing aids.

2. For EACH hearing aid, hold down the program button on top of the hearing aid for 25 full seconds. (This may seem like a long time, but keep holding for the full 25 seconds. Timing yourself with a clock or your phone is helpful).

3. As you hold the button down, you'll see a blinking green light around the 5 second mark. Keep holding the button.

4. Around the 25 second mark, you will see the green light come on again and will stay on for a second, release the button now.

5. Put the hearing aid up to your ear at this point to hear the start-up beeps which confirm that the reset has completed.

Hopefully, this resolves your concern. However, if your issue persists your hearing aids may need a thorough cleaning. Please go to Step 2 for assistance cleaning your devices. 

 
 

Phone Restart

Since every device is a little different, it can be hard for us to tell you how to restart your phone. 

 

If you are unsure how to restart it will be best to google “How to restart” and then your device name. example. How to restart Samsung S23 or How to restart iPhone 14ProMax. 

 
 

If you are still unable to connect to our app after restarting your hearing aids and phone, ensure you are on the most up-to-date operating system on your smart device. This is another area where every device is a little different. If you need help we suggest Googling “How to update OS for” and your device name. example. How to update OS for Samsung S23 or How to update OS for iPhone 14ProMax. 

Our app is designed to provide error codes when it encounters an issue. If you receive an error code, please make note of it and contact us so that our Care Team can further assist you.
