Not only can you wear them together, you can do so comfortably. While there might be an adjustment period, a properly fitting hearing aid will stay put easily. Pro tip: Avoid glasses with particularly thicker arms. The thinner the better.  

We recommend putting on your glasses before your hearing aids. 

First, put on the glasses. Then, carefully place the hearing aid between the glasses earpiece and the outer ear. Adjust both until they are comfortable and make sure your hearing aid isn't hanging away from the outer ear. The feel should be snug and secure, but not uncomfortable.
