Activation code is not valid

If you encounter an error message stating that your activation code is not valid while trying to activate your hearing aids on the JabraEnhance.com/activate page, follow these steps to resolve the issue: 

  1. Verify the code: Ensure the activation code is 32 characters long and double-check that all letters and numbers have been entered correctly. 
     
  2. Contact support: If the issue persists, please contact our support team via chat or email to confirm your activation code is valid. Be sure to include the following in your message:
    • The email address you want to associate with your account 
    • Your activation code 
    • The serial number of your hearing aid box (printed on the original packaging) or the charging case serial number 
    • A copy of your purchase receipt is optional but appreciated.
       

Please note that the activation code can only be used once. If the hearing aids were already activated by a customer, the code cannot be used again. Jabra Enhance products and services are intended solely for the original purchaser and are not transferable to others.
