Contact support: If the issue persists, please contact our support team via chat or email to confirm your activation code is valid. Be sure to include the following in your message:
- The email address you want to associate with your account
- Your activation code
- The serial number of your hearing aid box (printed on the original packaging) or the charging case serial number

A copy of your purchase receipt is optional but appreciated.
