How to connect to the Jabra Enhance Select app

The app is a control center in your hands, giving you access to adjust your sound quality for different listening environments. Think of it as an audiologist in your pocket too - it comes fully stocked with tips and tricks to optimize your sound and helpful cleaning reminders to ensure your hearing aids are always functioning at their best. Follow the steps below to get connected.

Written instructions for iPhone users:

  1. Start by pairing your hearing aids to your mobile device
  • Ensure your mobile device’s Bluetooth is on.
  • Go to Settings>Accessibility>Hearing Devices
  • Restart your hearing aids by placing them in the charging case then removing them once the hearing aid lights are blinking or solid green.
  • Tap on the name of your hearing aids when they show up on your screen (they will appear as “Not Connected”).
  • After you tap, wait for a pairing request to appear (you’ll get one for each hearing aid). Select “pair” for both the left and right hearing aid.
  • Once paired, your hearing aids will show “Connected” on your screen, meaning they are now connected to your mobile device. Next up, pair them to the app.

 

  1. Now, pair your hearing aids to the Jabra Enhance Select app
  • Start by downloading the Jabra Enhance Select app if you haven’t already.
  • Open the app and follow the instructions to get connected.
  • Once you’re connected in the app, you’ll see two hearing aids in the upper left hand corner of your “Hear” tab with a green dot underneath each. 
  • You’re all set to use the app!

  1. If you haven’t already, start by downloading the Jabra Enhance Select app.
  2. Ensure your hearing aids are charged and are sitting next to your mobile device.
  3. Ensure your mobile device’s Bluetooth is turned on (do not search for your hearing aids on your phone’s Bluetooth menu).
  4. Open the Jabra Enhance Select app and follow the instructions. 
  5. When prompted, restart your hearing aids by placing them in the charging case then removing them once the hearing aid lights are blinking or solid green.
  6. Once you’re connected in the app, you’ll see two hearing aids in the upper left hand corner of your “Hear” tab with a green dot underneath each. 
  7. You’re all set to use the app!
