How to create or reset your password

 

Whether you need to set your Jabra Enhance password for the first time or reset it for any reason, follow the simple steps below:

 

Setting your password the first time:

 

  1. Once you've completed your Jabra Enhance purchase, head to your email inbox to the “create password” email we sent. Don't see it? Make sure to check your spam folder.
  2. Within 48 hours of receiving the email, open it and click “Create password”. 
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to set your Jabra Enhance password.

Resetting your password:

  1. Go to JabraEnhance.com/account/forgotpassword, enter the email address associated with your account, then click “Reset password”.
  2. Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam folder.
  3. Once you receive the reset email, promptly create a new password to ensure the link doesn't expire.

Password tips:

  • Use the email address that was used at the time of purchase.
  • If someone else purchased the hearing aids on your behalf, check with them to see which email address was used. Alternatively, they can update the account to be under your name and email adress by editing the account information under My Account.
  • If you've requested a reset email more than once, make sure you use the link from the most recent email.
  • When creating or resetting your password, use:
    • At least 8 characters
    • One number
    • One lowercase letter
