We’re pleased to say the answer is almost always yes! The reason why is simple: We ship your hearing aids within days of when you order them, and ideally your Orientation doesn’t take place for at least a week after you’ve received your hearing aids. Why? We want you to log some hours wearing your hearing aids prior to your Orientation so you have questions, notes, and experiences to discuss with your provider. 

That said, if there’s a major weather event that disrupts supply chains or your package gets delivered to an incorrect location, fear not. All you have to do is  reschedule your Orientation for another time that works for you.
