Our return policy is simple and one of the most generous in the industry. 

If your hearing aids or accessories purchased from Jabra Enhance are returned within 100 days (45 days for Jabra Enhance Plus) from the date the item was delivered to your address, along with all included batteries, cords, accessories, and other items (other than any disposable items used with the hearing aids/accessories), you will receive a full refund of the purchase price provided they’re all still in original and working condition. (Ordinary wear and tear excluded; devices replaced under loss & damage coverage not eligible for return.) If you do not have your device, it is not eligible for a refund or return.  

The return must be initiated with Jabra Enhance support no later than midnight Eastern time on the last day of the return period, and all items must be received by Jabra Enhance within 14 days after the end of the return period.    

We’ll even pay for return shipping.    

Note: The Upkeep kit and any other purchased supplies are not returnable.
