Life happens! That's why we make it easy to reschedule or cancel your appointment on your own within the Jabra Enhance Select app. No need to call or email us. Simply:
- Open the Jabra Enhance Select app
- Go to the Care tab
- Select “Modify Appointment”
- Then choose either “Reschedule” and find a new date or “Cancel.”
You can also modify your appointment on our website under My Account or from the appointment confirmation email you received in your inbox. If you're having trouble modifying your appointment following the steps above, reach out to our Customer Support Team so we can help.
