We don't encourage someone to wear hearing aids that are not theirs for a variety of reasons. 

For our Premium customers, devices are customized to the individuals’ ear size (wire) and specific hearing loss needs. If the devices are worn by a different individual they may be getting too much or not enough gain, and will not experience the true benefit of the devices.     

While our Basic package does not have the customization component, our Terms and Compliance* states that we can't transfer devices from one individual to another, so our Customer Care team is unable to provide care or support on devices.

*No Reselling of Jabra Enhance Products and Services 

 " Products and services purchased from the Sites or otherwise from Jabra Enhance are personal to the individual purchaser and may not be resold, leased, transferred or otherwise distributed (collectively, "transferred") under any conditions or circumstances. Any such transfer, or use of such products or services by any other person, shall render the warranty and other policies null and void and Jabra Enhance shall not be required to provide support or any other services with respect thereto."
