Your Jabra Enhance My Account is the easiest way to manage your hearing care, orders, and account information - all in one place. 

You can access My Account anytime by going to www.JabraEnhance.com, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and clicking My Account. Then, sign in with the email address and password you used when you purchased your hearing aids.

If you don't remember your password, select Forgot password? on the sign in page and follow the instructions to create a new one.
 

Once you sign in, you'll see these sections: 

My Appointments

• Schedule or reschedule appointments
• View your appointment history

My Purchases

• View your order details
• Track your order
• Download your order receipt
• Check your trial end date (if applicable)
• See which hearing care services are included with your purchase

My Info

• Update your email address
• Update your shipping address
• Update the hearing aid wearer's name
• Reset your password
• View your hearing tests
   

Available features may vary depending on the hearing aids and services associated with your account.

You can also access My Account through the Jabra Enhance Select app

If you have Jabra Enhance Select hearing aids, you can access your My Account information directly from the Jabra Enhance Select app - no additional sign-in required. Just tap the Account tab.

If you've purchased an Enhance Select hearing aid and aren't using the Jabra Enhance Select app, you can download it using this link.
