When a Hearing Care Provider makes a change to your hearing aid settings you will get a notification telling you to open the Jabra Enhance Pro app. Open the app, select the tab “My Enhance Pro”, and then tap on the ‘My requests and new settings’ menu. The app will use your Bluetooth connection to load the new settings to your hearing aids. Your hearing aids are required to be paired to the phone and turned on in order to download new settings.
